Christmas Call outs 2019 Keeping our Customers Running

Does your coffee supplier look after your equipment 24/7 including Christmas eve and Boxing day? This year we had a number of breakdowns reported from our Customers but our skilled engineers had no problem in getting them back up and running in little time so it didn’t effect their trade. Our 2019 Xmas call outs included everything from Blocked group heads, to a full electrical fault of a coffee machine. Our engineers covered the peak district, Yorkshire and Derbyshire over Christmas keeping our promise up of keeping you going when you most need us. One site we attended the machine needed some extra ‘TLC’ back at our base, So we lent them a Coffee machine and got it back up and running at our HQ and swapped back over with the Customer the very next day!
